Our quintessential starter to amaze your guests this Christmas. You won’t know which one to choose!

Stuffed free-range chicken
Without a doubt one of the most Christmassy specialities. Juicy and full of flavour.
Boneless free-range chicken stuffed with shallots, truffle, foie gras, plums, spices, brandy and fresh bacon. Served with golden potato rounds and onion confit.

Preparation method
Slice the chicken and place it in the oven on an oven tray for 15 minutes at 180º C without using the grill function.
½ Roasted suckling pig
This popular recipe is a typical dish at Christmas time and is a favourite among our customers. We have therefore included it in our selection of Christmas dishes.
Served with golden potato rounds and onion confit. It has a characteristic crispy skin.

Preparation method
Put the oven tray packaging in the oven for 25 minutes at 200º C without using the grill function.
Roasted lamb shoulder
Another Christmas menu classic which is a must among our suggestions.
With a characteristic mild flavour and crispy golden skin. Marinated with salt, rosemary, thyme and lemon. Served with golden potato rounds and onion confit.

Stewed beef cheeks
A very tasty stew which is increasingly popular as a main course during this holiday.
With red wine gravy. Served with golden potato rounds and onion confit.
