How can I check the allergens of a product? Do you have a list of the products that are gluten-free, lactose-free, or free of other allergens?

Information related to ingredients, allergens and traces is always available and updated on the label of every product (with regard to loose items,  this information will be provided at the point of sale). That’s why we don’t have any lists and never recommend checking this datum on databases or images from websites, since we can’t assure that has been updated.

Before consumption, it is important to look them up on the actual container.

According to the Regulation 1169/2011, it is imperative to inform about these 14 allergens in a way that stands out from the rest of the ingredients.  If such an allergen is not mentioned, it will no be present in the product.

The 14 allergens of mandatory declaration are: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk and derivatives, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulfites, lupins and molluscs.
