Canapés

Encargos Listo para Comer de Navidad.

Each bite is an explosion of flavour to add a touch of class to your celebration. Our selection of canapés includes:

  • Tartlet filled with cheese, salmon and dill.
  • Tartlet filled with sobrassada cream, honey and pine nuts.
  • Tartlet filled with Stilton cheese and crispy mango.
  • Tartlet filled with mixed cheeses and figs.
  • Tartlet filled with cream of roast beef and cheese.
  • Tartlet filled with cream of foie gras, caramelised apple and sweet egg yolk garnish.
  • Tartlet filled with hummus.
  • Tartlet filled with truffle flavour cream cheese and cured meat shavings.
  • Tartlet filled with cod brandade and black olive tapenade.

Preparation method

Store in the fridge and then leave out at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.

  • For 3 - 4 people.

Seafood salad

A true delight bringing you the full taste of the sea. Made with crab sticks, hake, prawns, mayonnaise and sweet egg yolk garnish.

Preparation method

Store in the fridge and then leave out at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

  • For 4 - 6 people.

Stewed beef cheeks

Encargos Listo para Comer de Navidad.

Beef stew with red wine sauce. Served with truffled mashed potato. The tender and succulent meat melts in your mouth, infused with robust flavours and a delicious sauce. Simply exquisite.

Preparation method

Put the tray into the microwave and heat on maximum power for 5 minutes.

  • For 1 - 2 people.

Roasted lamb shoulder

Encargos Listo para Comer de Navidad.

Suckling lamb shoulder marinated in rosemary, thyme, salt and lemon. We are delighted to bring this traditional Christmas dish to your table—a favourite among many at this time of year.

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200°C without the grill function. Roast for 25 minutes.

  • For 1 - 2 people.

Roasted leg of lamb (only available in stores in Andalusia and Extremadura)

Leg of suckling lamb marinated in rosemary, thyme, lemon and salt. A traditional Christmas dish that really stands out with its tasty and tender meat.

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200°C without the grill function. Roast for 25 minutes.

  • For 1 - 2 people.

Chicken thigh stuffed with truffle sauce

Encargos Listo para Comer de Navidad.

Chicken thighs stuffed with minced chicken, plums, foie, truffle, onion, salt and spices. Served with truffle sauce and truffled mashed potato. A culinary delight of mouthwatering aromas and textures.

Preparation method

Fillet the thigh and heat in the microwave on full power for 5 min. Open the sauce, pour it into a microwaveable container and heat on full power for 2 min.

  • For 1 - 2 people.

½ Roast suckling pig

Roast suckling pig, oil and salt. Served with golden potato rounds and onion confit. A traditional Christmas recipe. The quintessential dish for this time of year with its juicy, tender meat and crispy, golden skin.

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200°C without the grill function. Roast for 25 minutes.

  • For 3 - 4 people.
