What Christmas dishes can you order at Mercadona?

We have a wide variety of Christmas dishes available, made with ingredients from Spanish suppliers.

Roasted lamb shoulder

With a characteristic mild flavour. The crispy golden skin is marinated with salt, rosemary, thyme, and lemon. It comes with golden potato rounds and onion confit.

Preparation method. Put the oven tray in a 200-degree oven for 25 minutes, without using the grill function.

Pork loin stuffed with minced pork meat, plums, dried apricots, pistachios, spices, garlic, parsley, and smoked pancetta. It comes with golden potato rounds and onion confit.
