Boneless free-range chicken stuffed with shallots, truffle, foie, plums, spices, brandy, and fresh bacon. With garnishes of golden potato rounds and candied onions.
Preparation method.
Slice the chicken and place in the oven at 180ºC with the oven tray for 15 minutes, without using the grill function.
