The Mercadona Collective Agreement and Equality plan 2019-2023, in force since 1 January 2019, is an agreement signed with the representatives of the Unión General de Trabajadores (U.G.T.) y Comisiones Obreras (CC.OO) trade unions.
This agreement provides ongoing training and greater work-life balance. It also specifies the labour conditions and rights for Mercadona workers.
