If you purchase on our website, the cost of this service is €7.21, and the order must be a minimum purchase of €50.

Currently, it is not possible to deliver purchases to all addresses. To find out whether we can deliver to your address, please email atencionalcliente@mercadona.es

Deliveries will be made from the day after the purchase, depending on the availability of time slots. You can consult the available days and time slots on the website before confirming the order.

The maximum limit of water that you can request in the same order is 120 litres. Our physical means only allow us to guarantee this amount per order.

The order is paid using a bank card when making the purchase, and the account will be charged at the moment of preparation, a few hours before delivery. It is not possible to pay for the purchase at home but only receive the order.
